• to receive and process contest entries
• to check whether an entry meets the rules
• to contact you about an entry or a prize
• to improve the safety and reliability of the submission process

5. Children and parents or guardians

Bally Adventures is aimed at children and families. That’s why we ask that entries on the contest page are submitted by a parent or guardian. We do not ask for unnecessary personal data about children.

Please upload only a photo or scan of the coloring page. Do not include faces, people, names, addresses, school details, or other personal information in the image.

6. Who do we share personal data with?

We only share personal data when necessary to provide our services or when we are legally required to do so.

We may share personal data with service providers who help us run the website and the contest, such as:

• hosting and storage services, including Vercel Blob for file storage
• database and infrastructure services, including Neon for storing entry data
• email or communication providers for messages about entries or updates

Where required, we put agreements in place with processors.

7. How long do we keep data?

We keep personal data no longer than necessary for the purpose for which it was collected.

In general, we apply the following retention periods:

• entries that do not win: up to 6 months after the contest ends
• data needed to handle winners: as long as necessary to deliver the prize and for a reasonable administrative period afterwards
• marketing consent and newsletter data: until consent is withdrawn or you unsubscribe
• technical logs: as short as reasonably needed for security and troubleshooting

8. Publication of entries

Entries are not made public automatically. Only if you have given separate consent may we show an entry on our website or social media.

We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse, and unauthorized access.

Uploads are stored in a restricted environment and are not intended for public access.

Where applicable, you have the right to:

At this time, Bally Adventures only uses technologies necessary for the operation and security of the website, where applicable.
