Contest Terms

1. Organizer

The contest is organized by:

2. Who is the contest for?

The contest is intended for children, but the entry must be submitted by a parent or guardian.

By submitting an entry, the sender confirms that he or she is authorized to participate on behalf of the child.

3. How to enter?

Participation is possible by:

• creating a coloring page
• uploading it via the contest page
• correctly filling in the requested information
• agreeing to the contest terms and the privacy policy

4. Conditions for a valid entry

An entry is only valid if:

• the upload consists of a coloring page
• no faces, people, names, addresses, school details, or other personal information are visible
• the mandatory fields are completed fully and correctly
• the entry is received within the contest period
• the parent/guardian has agreed to the terms and conditions

Bally Adventures reserves the right to refuse or remove entries if they are incomplete, inappropriate, or in violation of these terms.

5. Contest Period

The contest runs from April 12, 2026, to July 20, 2026, inclusive.

Entries received outside of this period will not be considered, unless Bally Adventures states otherwise.

6. Prizes

The prizes for this contest are a:

Surprise! But of course, they are related to the 2026 World Cup.

Prizes are not exchangeable for cash, unless Bally Adventures decides otherwise.

7. Selection of winners

Winners will be selected based on creativity and a children's jury.

The outcome is binding. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the results, unless Bally Adventures decides otherwise.

8. Announcement and contact

Winners will be contacted via the email address provided by the parent or guardian.

If a winner does not respond within 10 days, Bally Adventures may designate an alternative winner.

9. Use of entries

An entry is not automatically published.

Only if explicit permission has been granted may Bally Adventures display an entry on the website, social media, or in promotional communications regarding the contest.

10. Liability

Bally Adventures is not liable for:

• technical malfunctions
• temporary unavailability of the website
• incorrect or incomplete entries
• delay or loss of digital files beyond reasonable control

11. Fraud and abuse

In the event of suspected fraud, abuse, or actions in violation of these terms, Bally Adventures may declare a participation invalid.

12. Privacy

The processing of personal data in the context of the contest is subject to the Privacy Policy of Bally Adventures.

13. Changes or termination

Bally Adventures may amend, suspend, or terminate the contest or these terms if circumstances require so.

14. Applicable law

These contest terms are governed by Dutch law.
